Responsabilidades

• Quoting, selling, and servicing personal and commercial insurance policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend coverage options.
• Explain policy features, coverages, and endorsements clearly.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Texas regulations.
