You'll work with a licensed team, navigate policy changes, renewals, and endorsements while ensuring compliance with Texas regulations. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty License is required.
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
