Texas One Insurance is seeking a Full-Time General Lines Insurance Agent to quote, sell, and service personal and commercial policies in an onsite role. You’ll identify client needs, present coverage options, and build lasting relationships with customers while upholding Texas regulations.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $42,600 to $92,000 per year, plus commissions and performance bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty License (required).
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with computers and agency management systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, selling, and servicing personal and commercial insurance policies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
• Explaining policy features, coverages, and endorsements clearly and accurately
• Processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Following up on leads and generating new business opportunities
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
• Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Texas insurance regulations
