Texas One Insurance is seeking a Full-Time General Lines Insurance Agent in Houston to quote, sell, and service personal and commercial policies. This onsite role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting coverage options, and building lasting relationships with customers.

You'll work with a licensed team, navigate policy changes, renewals, and endorsements while ensuring compliance with Texas regulations. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty License is required.
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Quoting, selling, and servicing personal and commercial insurance policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.
• Explaining policy features, coverages, and endorsements clearly and accurately.
• Processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Following up on leads and generating new business opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
• Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Texas regulations.
