Texas One Insurance is seeking a motivated Full-Time General Lines Insurance Agent to quote, sell, and service personal and commercial policies onsite in Texas. You will identify client needs, present tailored coverage options, and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

Ideal candidates hold an active General Lines Property & Casualty License, with prior sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty License required.
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong sales, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Quote, sell, and service personal and commercial policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend coverage options.
• Explain policy features, coverages, and endorsements clearly.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
• Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Your Role as a Texas General Lines Insurance Agent

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty License (required)

• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred

• Self‑motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency with computers and agency management systems
