Texas One Insurance is seeking a Full-Time General Lines Insurance Agent to quote, sell, and service personal and commercial policies onsite in Texas. You’ll identify client needs, present coverage options, and build lasting relationships through outstanding service.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $42,600 to $92,000 per year, based on experience and performance, along with opportunities to earn additional commission and performance bonuses.

Your Role as a Texas General Lines Insurance Agent

• Quoting, selling, and servicing personal and commercial insurance policies


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

What We're Looking For

To Succeed In This Role, You'll Have

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty License (required)


• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred


• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Proficiency with computers and agency management systems


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
