Qualifications

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with computers and agency management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, selling, and servicing personal and commercial insurance policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $42,600 to $92,000 per year, based on experience and performance, along with opportunities to earn additional commission and performance bonuses.
