Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses preferred.
• Must be willing and able to obtain required licenses before starting.
• Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service insurance products (Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Financial Services).
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Assist customers with questions, policy changes, renewals and coverage needs.
• Follow up with leads, referrals, prospects and existing customers.
• Identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect customers.
• Conduct insurance reviews and recommend coverage.
• Make outbound calls and develop new business opportunities.
• Cross-sell products based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity.
• Provide professional, knowledgeable, and responsive customer service.
