Agent Diego is seeking a customer-focused team member to support State Farm insurance and financial services offerings at a Missouri City, TX location. You will deliver prompt service, educate customers on options, and help grow the agency through lead development and marketing activities.

• Sales experience with a track record of meeting goals/quotas.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish is required or strongly preferred.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services.
