You will work with Spanish-speaking clients, conduct policy reviews, propose personalized options, and help grow the agency while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable initiating and guiding sales conversations with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth, with a focus on Spanish-speaking clients.
• Conduct policy reviews, provide personalized recommendations, and address questions in English and Spanish.
• Manage resolution of complex customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Leverage product knowledge to recommend, explain, and sell policies to cold and warm leads in either language.
