Marcus Brown State Farm is seeking an Account Manager to support daily agency operations, nurture client relationships, and identify insurance needs. You will recommend suitable products and services while maintaining high ethical standards and accuracy in records.

The ideal candidate is a licensed insurance professional fluent in English and Spanish, with a California Property and Casualty license and a Life/Health license, capable of meeting sales goals in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required: English and Spanish.
• Active California Property & Casualty license.
• Active California Life and Health license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and agency growth.
• Conduct insurance and financial‑services reviews to identify customer needs and coverage opportunities.
• Recommend, explain, and sell appropriate insurance products to new and existing customers.
• Follow up with warm leads, cold leads, and current customers to uncover additional opportunities.
• Assist customers with policy questions, billing concerns, coverage updates, and other service needs.
• Coordinate with agency team members to resolve complex customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document follow‑up activities.
• Meet individual and agency sales goals.
• Provide professional service in both English and Spanish.
