Job summary

AAR is seeking a Sales-oriented professional for its Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, IL, with planned relocation to Chicago. The role focuses on supporting sales staff, handling customer inquiries, generating quotes, managing orders and shipments, and pursuing new business opportunities.

Travel is required, and the position is based onsite. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or four years of related experience, and Spanish language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year university or technical school, or four years related experience.
• Spanish speaking required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, research and answer customer complaints, coordinating with Sales, Product Lines, QC, Warehouse, and Accounting Department.
• Generating Customer quotes
• Manage order backlog and ship dates.
• Receive, research and answer customer inquiries regarding sales orders, invoices, shipping data and paperwork.
• Formulate new business opportunities identified from customer information.
• Resolve problems and promote improvements to sales/order processing.
• Track inquiries and orders.
