A leading driving school in Wilmington seeks a Customer Service Representative to represent the organization with integrity, direct customer interactions, and manage warm leads through the sales process. Ideal candidates will possess 2+ years of inside sales experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. The role includes sales presentations, handling customer inquiries, and processing transactions in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including inside sales & telecom sales.
• Detailed knowledge of inside sales strategies required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify and understand needs.
• Maintain outbound/inbound phone call volume with warm leads.
• Process payments made by cash, check, and/or credit card.
• Field questions and complaints from customers.
• Utilize the company’s CRM and maintain detailed reports.
• Instruct new students on procedures in the classroom.
