Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience, including inside sales & telecom sales.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and suggest programs to meet those needs.
• Maintain outbound/inbound call volume to set sales appointments.
• Conduct sales presentations in the office environment.
• Process payments made by cash, check, and/or credit card.
• Field customer questions and complaints.
