ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Mokena, IL to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products and complete orders.

You will work to understand customer needs, upsell where appropriate, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, strong service mindset, and reliable teamwork. Formación

• 1–2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish/English bilingual required.
• Good time management and customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as needed.

Specific Duties May Include

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Specific Qualifications Include

• 1-2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented
• Bilingual speaking in Spanish/English is required

Pay Rate Information

$22–25/hr. Based on experience and qualifications.
