ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking Inside Sales Associates who provide world-class service to customers on roofing, building, and remodeling projects. The role emphasizes determining customer needs, upselling products, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of roofing/siding/windows experience, excellent communication, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service-oriented.
• Bilingual speaking in Spanish/English is required.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell items.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
