ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding and window products and process orders. You will work closely with customers, identify needs, and offer solutions to support job success.

The role emphasizes bilingual communications (Spanish/English), strong customer service, and teamwork in a busy warehouse environment. You will handle inquiries, assist with pickups, and ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
