Job summary

ABC Supply is the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, seeking an Inside Sales Associate to provide world-class service. You will determine customer needs, upsell products, take orders, manage payments, and coordinate pickups and deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in roofing/siding/windows, strong communication, and a team attitude. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service-oriented.
• Experience with Agility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow product checklist and up-sell additional items.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
