Job summary

ABC Supply is hiring Inside Sales Associates to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products. You will determine customer needs, follow checklists, and upsell additional items while processing orders and payments. Be part of a team focused on world-class service with proactive delivery coordination.

Excellent communication, good time management, and a positive team attitude are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Bilingual speaking in Spanish/English is required

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
