Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Portuguese required.

• Professional sales experience with targets required; phone sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed KPIs and team targets.
• Contact prospective clients via phone, text, or email.
• Qualify clients’ tax needs and identify services.
• Explain benefits and tailor solutions for clients.
• Document interactions and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with managers to reach goals.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
