Job summary

House of Rocks is a prominent natural stone and landscaping supply business in Kansas City, Kansas. We are looking for an experienced, service-minded leader with prior management experience for a year-round, full-time position.

Your focus will be providing accurate product information, leading counter operations, building long-term relationships with repeating customers, and guiding daily staff workflows.

Qualifications

• Management experience supervising team members or overseeing counter/retail workflows.
• Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to multitask, handle high-volume counter, recall details during rushes, and use POS software and Google Calendar.

Responsibilities

• Lead counter operations, greet customers on arrival, and prioritize counter transactions and calls.
• Walk customers to product in the yard to assist and finalize orders.
• Provide consultative support, project estimates, technical advice, and team leadership on customer relations.
• Manage the POS system, tag orders accurately, and coordinate delivery schedules using Google Calendar.
