Required are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in training, plus strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, print drivers, and Canon software like eCopy, Therefore and uniFLOW. Travel up to 60% is expected.

• Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support in office/production environments.
• Ability to travel up to 60% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage training programs for regional accounts.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of Canon hardware/software to customers.
• Maintain demo room functionality and ensure training effectiveness.
• Develop and evaluate training activities with subject-matter expertise in curriculum development.
• Assess customer training needs and coordinate with training team on curricula.
