Inspired Living Inc. is seeking a compassionate Independent Living Instructor to work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities across Sonoma County.

You will help clients master daily living skills such as personal care, health maintenance, social engagement and money management, while coordinating with a supportive team to champion independence and dignity. Requirements include a valid CA driver’s license, at least 6 months in human services, fluency in English or Spanish, and

Formación

• A heart for service and a passion for helping others grow.
• At least 6 months of experience in human services or supporting people with disabilities.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Fluency in English or Spanish (bilingual preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CA driver's license, reliable & insured vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Willingness to drive clients to medical appointments, social outings, and other essential activities.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (if not already certified).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Availability for at least three four-hour blocks per week, on at least three separate days, between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Ability to travel up to 30 minutes each way to a client's home or community.
