Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) in Secaucus, NJ seeks a Bilingual MST Therapist to deliver multisystemic therapy for youth involved in juvenile justice. The role offers travel to clients' homes and requires strong clinical assessment and trauma-informed practice.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct interventions, document progress, and collaborate with schools, courts, and social services. A master's degree and English/Spanish fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify problems and strengths.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on Multisystemic Therapy principles.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and families and collaborate with other professionals.
• Implement crisis management strategies as needed to address safety concerns.
• Participate in supervision and training to ensure fidelity to the MST model.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
