Job summary

Children’s Hope Alliance is seeking a bilingual Family Support Specialist to provide in-home visitation across the CVHF service area in Burke, Caldwell, McDowell, Catawba, and Iredell counties. The role focuses on pregnancy and early child development, building trust, and linking families to resources.

You will conduct home visits, score assessments, and maintain a Family Service Plan while supporting parents in achieving goals and healthy child growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual abilities encouraged.
• Knowledge of child development and ability to work with diverse families.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a home-visiting setting.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain intensive, long-term home visitation services.
• Develop and update an individualized Family Service Plan for each family.
• Coordinate with CVHF team and community resources to support families.
