Job summary

BILINGUAL FAMILY CONSULTANTS L.L.C. seeks licensed mental health clinicians to provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) services to children and families in Hudson County, New Jersey. This is an in-person role offering flexible scheduling, including after-school and evening hours.

Ideal candidates hold NJ LSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT licenses andare proficient in English and Spanish. Clinicians will deliver home- and community-based therapy, assessments, and family support in collaboration with a

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current New Jersey LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in good standing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
• Experience with community-based or in-home services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person individual and family therapy to children/adolescents in homes and communities.
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Use evidence-based and strengths-based interventions.
• Help youth develop coping and emotional regulation skills.
• Support parents with strategies to improve family functioning.
• Provide culturally responsive services to diverse families.
• Collaborate with care managers, schools, psychiatrists, and other providers.
• Maintain treatment documentation and progress notes.
• Identify safety concerns and follow crisis procedures.
• Maintain professional boundaries.
