Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end import ocean and air freight shipments from booking to documentation release.
• Prepare, review, and verify import documents (HBL, MBL, invoices, packing lists).
• Communicate shipment status and updates to customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Monitor vessel schedules, cut-offs, deadlines, and milestones for timely movement.
• Resolve issues like delays, missing documents, or discrepancies.
• Review costs, charges, and invoices to support billing and records.
