Qualifications

• Must have fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of related immigration experience, including DOJ involvement.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; DOJ accreditation may be required depending on program/location.

Responsibilities

• Represent the immigration program and agency within the community and partner organizations.
• Counsel clients with immigration needs and act as their legal representative.
• Complete family-based immigration applications (Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, Family Reunification).
• Maintain accurate files and detailed case notes.
