eZone staffing LLC in Virginia seeks a mid-level Immigration Associate Attorney to own their caseload and strategy from day one, working with founding partners in a technology-driven boutique setting in Old Town Alexandria.

You will independently manage removal defense and USCIS matters, appear at Master Calendar and Individual hearings, and handle asylum, TPS, U visa, and family-based petitions. Fluent Spanish/English required.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed to practice in any U.S. state in good standing.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
• 2–5+ years in family-based and humanitarian immigration with Immigration Court experience.
• Removal-defense practice focus, not business immigration.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage a full caseload of removal defense and USCIS matters.
• Appear at Master Calendar, bond, and Individual hearings.
• Prepare and present cases for asylum, withholding and CAT; TPS; and family petitions.
• Draft briefs, motions to reopen and reconsider, declarations and evidence packets.
• Meet with clients in Spanish and English and explain options clearly.
