Brown Law, PLLC in Old Town Alexandria, VA seeks a mid-level Immigration Associate to lead removal defense and humanitarian relief cases. You will run your own caseload, manage client relationships, and shape strategy with firm-backed support from day one.

We value bilingual advocates who handle hearings, prepare complex filings, and provide clear guidance to clients in Spanish and English, all within a tech-forward boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
• 2–5+ years of family-based and humanitarian immigration practice preferred.
• Experience in Immigration Court, including bond and individual hearings.
• Reputation for reliability and professional judgment under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a full caseload of removal defense and USCIS matters from intake to resolution.
• Appear at Master Calendar, bond and Individual hearings.
• Prepare and present cases for asylum, withholding and related relief; draft briefs and motions.
• Meet with clients in Spanish and English and explain options clearly.
