We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and hardworking individual to become our new Associate Attorney.

Responsibilities and Requirements

We value candidates who embody our CORE VALUES and meet the following criteria:

• At least 2+ years of attorney experience in immigration cases such as VAWA, T- Visa, U- Visa, SIJS.
• Fluent or native bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (please do not apply if you lack this).
• Friendly, customer-focused, and with a growth mindset.
• Creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and prioritization ability.
• A proactive, 'can do' attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Effective communication, honesty, empathy, and clarity.
• Membership in the NJ Bar is a plus but not mandatory.
