Teksky LLC in Old Town Alexandria, VA seeks a Bilingual Immigration Associate Attorney to manage an independent caseload focused on removal defense, humanitarian relief, and family-based immigration. You will represent clients before Immigration Court and USCIS, handling hearings, developing case strategies, and preparing briefs, motions, declarations, and evidence packages.

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• 3–5+ years of immigration law experience, with substantial removal defense experience.
• Proven experience independently handling bond and merits hearings.
• Strong legal writing, judgment, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Handle Master Calendar, Bond, and Individual/Merits Hearings.
• Represent clients in asylum, CAT, cancellation, U/T visas, VAWA, SIJS, TPS, adjustment, waivers, and family-based matters.
• Draft briefs, motions, declarations, and supporting evidence.
• Communicate effectively with clients in Spanish and English.

Salary: $110,000-$150,000 + Profit Sharing + Firm-Funded Pension
