Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Illinois Professional Educator License or License with Stipulations; LBSI endorsement PK-2 or PK-22.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs and collaborating with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Administers developmental testing programs and/or assessments for learning plans.
• Advises parents/guardians on student progress and improvement methods.
• Collaborates with teachers, related services and staff to develop IEPs and BIPs.
• Manages IEP minutes and monitors progress toward goals.
• Directs aides, student teachers and volunteers to support students with disabilities.
