• Fluent in business-related Hungarian, English and French (written and spoken).
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Direct Sales or Network Marketing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and email inquiries and resolve concerns by clarifying root problems and providing information.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Enter new customer information into the system accurately and complete transactions.
• Follow up on calls to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Participate in training to update job knowledge and be an active call center team member.
