This role partners with leadership to foster an engaged culture, lead workforce planning, development, and retention initiatives, and serve as a trusted HR advisor across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Execute recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Collaborate with management on performance management programs.
• Support employee engagement and change management initiatives.
• Conduct HR policy training sessions.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
