• Experience with inventory and parts management.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development – supervise and train Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers.
• Effective Communication – coordinate with Hub Store Managers and other leaders to optimize staffing and scheduling.
• Process-Oriented Operations – monitor workflow, hub scorecards, and maintain high order fill rates.
• Collaboration & Support – ensure parts are stocked, returns processed, and merchandise organized.
• Metric-Driven Decision Making – analyze delivery performance, attendance trends, and vehicle maintenance to boost efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance – uphold PPE standards and ensure equipment is functioning safely.
• Customer & Inventory Management – help customers locate parts and improve service levels.
