• Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers.
• Coordinate with Hub Store Managers and Inventory Managers to optimize scheduling.
• Monitor hub workflow and uphold 98% order fill rate.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and properly located, with returns processed.
• Analyze hub delivery performance and attendance trends to drive improvement.
• Maintain PPE compliance and safe operating conditions.
• Assist customers in locating parts and improving service levels.
