Job summary

Global Payments in Mexico City is seeking an HR Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational HR support for employees, candidates, and retirees. You will manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, enter and validate data in Workday, and handle tier 1 inquiries. This role requires bilingual Spanish and English, a high school diploma, and 2 years in HR.

Preferred Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years. Knowledge of HR compliance and confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Enter, administer and validate Workday data; audit as needed.
• Respond to tier 1 inquiries.
• Conduct new-employee orientation sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of local HR policies and procedures.
• Handle tasks and projects as assigned.
