Job summary

Cuisine Solutions Inc. in San Antonio, TX seeks a Human Resources Assistant to provide support across HR policies, records management, and internal inquiries.

The candidate should have 3+ years HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and be fluent in English and Spanish; Spanish bilingual preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and ADP is a plus. This full-time role offers health and retirement benefits.

Shift: 3pm-11:30pm Tuesdays - Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to perform tasks quickly.
• Familiar with employment-related laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Ability to handle adverse situations and/or tight time deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• ADP knowledge a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
• Assist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
• Support HR related training
• Coodinating logistics for new hire orientations
• Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
