CBSL Transportation Services, Inc. in Texas is seeking a bilingual HR Specialist to support end-to-end human resources processes from hire to retire. You will blend compliance with compassion in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage recruitment, maintain records, assist benefits and payroll, support performance management, and ensure compliance with laws. This role demands strong communication, discretion, and organizational skills, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a HR Specialist or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR information systems.
• Assist in administering employee benefits and payroll coordination.
• Support performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
