Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a full-time Bilingual Human Resources & Safety Coordinator for our Sunland Park, NM facility. The role combines HR operations with hands-on safety initiatives, including trainings, safety programs, and workers' compensation support to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

You will communicate in English and Spanish, work across multiple facilities, and promote a culture of safety, compliance, and support while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both in an office setting and within a production environment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and workplace safety initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Lead annual trainings and assist with safety programs.
• Support workers' compensation processes.
• Help ensure employees work in a safe and compliant environment.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership to promote safety, compliance, communication, and support.
