Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous HR, general office and/or administrative experience.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and accurate data entry.
• Knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Screening candidates through different hiring platforms and job fairs.
• Sourcing and screening candidates over the telephone and in person.
• Conducting interviews as necessary for walk-ins.
• Updating the staffing/tracking spreadsheet.
• Scheduling orientations for new hires and rehires.
• Onboarding new employees.
• Scheduling and administering testing for warehouse positions.
• Communicating with Supervisors regarding hiring status.
• Performing additional HR and administrative duties as needed.
