Job summary

ModivCare’s Care Finders Total Care program in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Bilingual Employee Support Specialist to provide in-person support to employees and enhance the overall employee experience. The role requires English and Spanish fluency and involves onboarding, records management, and HR collaboration.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with compensation between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of HR, employee support, onboarding, or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Homecare or healthcare exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new hires and help create a welcoming experience.
• Assist employees with keeping personal records up to date.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientations, and trainings.
• Educate employees on benefits and resources (health, retirement, wellness).
• Support employee relations by addressing questions and coordinating with HR/operations for timely resolutions.
• Conduct exit interviews and share feedback to help identify improvement opportunities.
