Job summary

You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits, investigations, and adherence to company policy while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• BS/BA in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience; 5 in leadership.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Spanish proficiency in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Director to drive HR strategies.
• Provide guidance on employee and labor relations.
• Manage recruitment, performance, benefits, investigations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policy.
• Lead investigations and advise on terminations.
• Oversee talent acquisition, postings, interviews.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide HR programs and training.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS and reporting.
• Conduct employee meetings and feedback loops.
• Handle special projects as needed.
• Protect privacy and comply with privacy standards.
