Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage HR for 100+ employees per site.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws in IL, West Coast, and TX.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned facilities.
• Manage day-to-day HR functions including recruiting and onboarding.
• Oversee complex employee relations cases.
• Maintain HRIS records and support payroll administration.
• Promote a positive workplace culture.
