You will interpret messages, compile terminology, and work with managers to resolve issues, ensuring confidentiality and cultural sensitivity in a fast-paced production environment. Weekend work may be required.

• Ability to speak, write, type and translate to and from English/French/Creole.

Responsibilities

• Translate messages simultaneously into specified languages while maintaining content and style.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and protect sensitive data.
• Assist with creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture by applying company values.
• Work with managers, supervisors and team members to resolve problems and build trust.
• Follow up to ensure commitments from team member disputes are met.
