Responsibilities

Serve as primary HR contact for teammates and supervisors in English and Spanish.
Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure consistent application of GS Foods Group policies.
Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding of new teammates.
Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance-related issues.
Maintain personnel records and HRIS data, and conduct audits for accuracy and compliance.
Support benefits administration, payroll processes, leaves, and compliance with laws.
Assist with performance management, training, and engagement initiatives.
Partner with leadership on staffing needs and workforce planning.
