Job summary

C&C Produce is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to serve as the HR partner for the North Kansas City facility. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, leave administration, and HRIS management while communicating in English and Spanish.

You will work with leadership to address workforce needs, maintain policy consistency, and promote engagement. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist or similar role preferred.
• Experience supporting a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or high‑volume operation preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll system preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR point of contact for teammates and supervisors in English and Spanish.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and ensure policy consistency.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities and onboarding.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Manage teammate relations, investigations, coaching, and performance issues.
