La Clinica del Pueblo in Washington, DC seeks an HR Generalist to manage benefits, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations in a hybrid environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with the team to deliver full-cycle HR support and ensure policy adherence.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a HR degree or relevant experience, proficiency with ADP HRIS and Office 365, and a proactive, customer-focused approach to employee services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field and/or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, required.
• Recruitment and onboarding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, ERISA, and related regulations.
• Experience with Full Cycle Recruitment preferred.
• Experience with HRIS ADP is required.
• Proficiency in Office 365 is required.

Responsabilités

• Manages performance evaluation and disciplinary actions in the HRIS system (ADP).
• Manages all benefits enrollments.
• Responds to questions on employee benefits.
• Helps coordinate the open enrollment process.
• Administers and coordinates workers’ comp and FMLA.
