You will handle onboarding, background checks, employee relations, performance management, and safety initiatives while collaborating with managers to meet staffing goals and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written, oral).
• 2-4 years Recruiting experience.
• 2-4 years HR Generalist experience.
• 2-4 years HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand compliance laws and communicate them to managers and employees.
• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants; collaborate with managers.
• Conduct or obtain background checks and employment verifications.
• Implement new hire orientation and recognition programs.
• Administer HR programs including discipline, investigations, performance and morale.
• Handle employment inquiries from applicants and staff.
• Attend and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
